The terrace, jacuzzi and balcony offer a beautiful view of the valley itself, the nearby mountain peaks, and many natural beauties. Around the house there is an orchard, meadow, small stream, barbecue with a large table in the gazebo, a small playground for children, and parking for two cars. On the ground floor there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are rooms and a balcony. Recreational facilities include relaxation in private nature, cycling, bocce, badminton, rafting, swimming in the river in summer, and ice skating and skiing in winter in the nearby town of Delnice, 26 km away (half an hour's drive).
