The awning can be fully opened or closed as needed, allowing you to enjoy shade or sun as you prefer. A Weber grill is also available, making it easy to prepare delicious barbecue meals. The entire villa is enclosed, ensuring privacy and peace throughout your stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious communal area featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room.
