Three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, are located on the first floor of the villa. The master bedroom has access to a private, fully equipped en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom, which is also fully equipped with all utensils for a carefree vacation. From the first floor you have access to a large balcony, which, in addition to a cozy lounge corner, also offers you the opportunity to relax in a jacuzzi with an enchanting view. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the second master bedroom, which also has access to an en suite bathroom. The walls of all bathrooms are made of concrete, while the stone sinks enhance the overall image. Luxury during your stay at Villa KaLa is guaranteed. On the ground floor there is also a living and dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a modern hob with an integrated fan where you can cook together with your loved ones and create unforgettable moments eating together at the large dining table. Thanks to the carefully selected furniture and the elegant, subtle color scheme of the entire furniture, balance and harmony will surely have a positive effect on your vacation. The shutters throughout the villa are electric, and the specialty of Villa KaLa is the basement where you will find a playroom, wine cellar, a wellness area with sauna and shower, as well as a guest toilet and a fitness area.
