To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a panoramic sea view and a seating area.
Terrace on the ground floor 50 m² is equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area for 10 persons and has access to a unique heated 10 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the property there is a football field for children.
