There is no balcony or terrace in the reserved accommodation unit. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, central heating, parking, internet, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, portable barbecue. OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3). The availability of additional services for your chosen dates of stay, as well as their prices (if none are listed) must be checked ahead of time. Any additional services not shown in the price calculation are payable directly to the property owner and only if used by the visitor. Booking cancellation

Free cancellation - in accordance with the conditions valid when the reservation was made; the advance payment is returned to the guest at the recipient's expense.

If the reservation cannot be canceled free of charge, the following cancellation charges apply:
- For cancellation up to 29 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 50% of the total price of the rented accommodation will be charged in the name of manipulative and administrative costs.
- For cancellation from 28 to 22 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 60% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellation from 21 to 15 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 70% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 80% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.
- For cancellations from 7 to 0 days before the start of using the accommodation service, 100% of the total price of the rented accommodation is charged.The rest of the money is returned to the guest at the recipient's expense.

If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels the leased services unjustifiably after the start of use, the guest has no right to claim the amount paid (including the amount paid directly to the service provider).
