The room offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too. Reserved accommodation unit is a room with its own bathroom and shared kitchen at an additional charge (the price is listed on our website). INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, parking, internet, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3). OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: shared kitchen (€5.00 per night), laundry (€5.00 washing). Preostanek denarja se vrne gostu na prejemnikov strošek.

Če gost ne pride na destinacijo ali neupravičeno odpove najeto storitev po začetku uporabe, nima pravice zahtevati povračila plačanega zneska (vključno z zneskom, plačanim neposredno ponudniku storitve).
