The newly built and modernly equipped apartments "Marija" are located in the tourist resort of Vrsi - Zukve, only 4 km from the center of Nin, a beautiful medieval town. The small tourist oasis of Vrsi - Zukve is comfortably located along the coastal strip of the Bay of Nin and attracts domestic and foreign visitors with its natural beauty. One of the greatest treasures that nature has endowed Vrsi with is its coastline, which is over 30 km long, and which abounds in natural coves and sandy and pebble beaches.
Apartments "Marija" offer 3 types of accommodation capacities: 23 m2, 37 m2 and 46 m2. All three apartments have a separate entrance, a separate terrace, parking and a sea view. The nearest beach, Sv. Jakov, is only 500 meters away, and there, in addition to enjoying the joys of the sea, there is also a cafe bar offering cocktails and ice cream. If you are a fan of kitesurfing and adrenaline, then the nearby beach Ždrijac is ideal for you, where you can enjoy this interesting water sport.

For those who want to explore further, there are three more beaches: Vrsi – Mulo (800 meters away), Vurnaža (700 meters away), Jasenovo Bay or Ričina (about 1 km away). Ričina is really worth visiting because of its beautiful sandy beach, crystal clear sea, and a cafe bar where you can enjoy the view of the Velebit mountain while sipping your favorite drink. When you have had enough of the beach and sea, we suggest you visit "Buffalo Bill City" in Vrsi, which is said to be the first and only cowboy town in Croatia, as well as the beautiful Nin, Zadar, and the national parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Biograd, and Vrana Lake. For those who want to have a good time, we recommend visiting Zrće, the so-called "Croatian Ibiza" located in Novalja on the island of Pag, which abounds in the most famous discos in Croatia.
