The apartment is located on the second floor of an old 19th-century building, but it has been completely renovated, and the interior is comfortable and modern. The main tram station is a 3-minute walk away, and most tram lines pass through it. The taxi station is 50 meters from the location, and taxis are always available. Most of the "must-see" attractions in the city are within a 15-minute walking distance. The apartment consists of two large rooms, one of which is a living room and bedroom, the other a dining room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. In the sleeping area, there are two double beds, one of which is on a raised gallery, and additionally, the sofa can be extended into another double bed, so the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
