Holiday house Livingston is located on the island of Pašman in the bay Stivanja. The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, approachable from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The house can accommodate up to two people - it has one bedroom with a double bed. The house has a kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen contains cutlery, crockery, kitchen towels, gas stove, refrigerator (120 liters) with freezer (80 liters) and fireplace for barbecue. Guests are advised to use charcoal for grilling to avoid high flames and prevent the possibility of a forest fire from sparks from the chimney. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a deck chair and garden furniture. In the garden there is an outdoor shower with a black water heater in which the water warmes up by the warmth of the sun. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal. Electricity in the house is generated by solar energy (220 V), but is not suitable for household appliances other than battery chargers and lights. You can however charge your mobile phone in the house using your own standard charger. Running, only cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom, and warm water in the outdoor solar shower. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly. The small water tank contains 3,000 l and the large one 25,000 l. Considering that the water is staying in the tank during the heat, we recommend buying bottled drinking water. The house is directly accessible by car (parking is located in front of the house) on an improvised and slightly rough (gravel / earth) road over the hill from Nevidane, which can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable by a standard car, with slow and careful driving. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.
