Nature house with two bedrooms, for up to 5 people, is located by the sea, in Vitane bay, on the island of Pašman. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in one room, which also contains a sofa for one person. Wireless (WLan / WiFi) internet and SAT-TV are available in this house at no additional cost. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 3 burners. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a double bed. Bed linen is prepared for the arrival of guests and fresh are put to disposal after each week of stay. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. Cold and warm water (solar powered) is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bath towels and beach towels are not offered. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower with warm water (solar powered). The covered terrace is furnished, and deckchairs and umbrellas are also available. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 220V, so no electrical devices can be used, except for own battery chargers, and devices that belong to the equipment of the house. We recommend guests to bring their own mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There is a socket for a standard plug in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones here with their own standard home charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a boat operator license valid on open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. This house by the sea is accessible by car, on a concrete road (except for the last 200m). The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for anyone who enjoys water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along with which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. The house can be booked throughout the year, but winter rent entails additional costs for heating. It can also happen in winter in the case of prolonged cloudy weather that it is necessary to heat the water for bathing on the stove, as the showers will not give warm water in such a case. Pets are welcome, against a surcharge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. Before going to the island, you need to check-in at our agency in Biograd na Moru. We recommend arriving at our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the property at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.
